Charges Dropped Against Benedictine Students

Charges were dropped in the cases of the four students arrested last spring while on a Benedictine University sponsored trip to Florida, according to Polk County, Fla., State Prosecutor's Office.

John DeMartino, James Callahan, Kevin Crowley and Shay Wagner's first trial was postponed in April, and all four students were placed in pretrial intervention, according to the prosecutor's office.
